WHAT'S UP WESTGATE
This weekly newsletter to the families of the school is sent home every Monday (or the first school day of the week). Most of the important information during the school year is passed on to you through this newsletter. Click on the links below to see our most current copies.

GIVE SCRIP A TRY THIS YEAR!
Scrip is a simple but effective fund-raising tool. This year we are using two out scrip providers, which allows us to offer more local businesses, including a few of the major grocery stores. Currently orders are going out each Monday. Order forms are available on the information wall at the school or you can download a form from the website.
Right now we have Safeway and Yokes cards available. If you shop at either of these two grocery stores, please contact the school office to get enrolled. Then through E-Scrip every time you grocery shop the school will earn money!
AUCTION!
We are in the planning stages of the 14th Annual WCS Auction. Our theme for this year's auction is Faces of Westgate: Growing in Christ. Procurement letters have been mailed and auction items have begun rolling in. The yearly auction generates the most fundrasing income and it needs the support of all our families and the local communitiy. Many opportunities for volunteerism are available. Please check with the School Director for more information and ways to help.
Soon themed class auction baskets will be announced. Each family will be responsible for contributing to their child's class basket as well as aquiring one item for the auction. The item for the auction can be a service, a donation from a local business, something handmade, etc. For more ideas please contact the School Director. The more donations and variety in donations that we get the better our auction will be this year!
